Recommendations for small car please?

SWMBO has decided that her Honda Jazz is ready to be replaced. It's a cracking little car and after looking at some obvious replacements we find ourselves looking at another Jazz !

What do those of you who have a smaller car too drive?

Budget is around £10k and we want a 5 door, 5 seat automatic. Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

that's what it appears to be at the moment, which is no bad thing as she loves the newer shape. I just wanted some feedback if anyone had an option that they have been chuffed with Thumbs Up Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

She thought the DS3 looks lovely but it's a a 3dr and we want 5 doors. Golf a little too big tbh.

Toyota Yaris now also on the list along with a VW Polo Auto Thumbs Up Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

My son had a 2012 VW Polo 1.4 for a while. I was impressed at the general comfort, build quality and general 'big car feel' inside whilst being a small car to use. He only kept it for a year before buying a new A-Class so cannot comment on long term reliability. The car does, however, enjoy a very low insurance premium bracket as it isn't popular with the yoooofs.

My daughter has an Audi A1 1.2 Sportback 5 door, it's a fantastic car that feels much bigger than it is and seats 5 comfortably.
