Genuine BMW fuel filler cap for Diesel models

I ended up with my fuel caps rubber strap perishing and as stated on this site the rubber strap is not a part item without the fuel cap and at £42 for a Landrover part is a tad excessive. I then thought as most items on my 2002 TD6 are made by BMW I did a flea bay search and found a BMW alternative and surprise surprise only £21 delivered...........it’s even got the word Diesel on it for those senior moments Thumbs Up

Thanks for this tip I'm afraid there was no way I was going to spend £45 on a Bloody filler cap, just bought a BMW one on ebay for £19.00.Many thanks
