Rolling with laughter It's OK, it was only a Sport Thumbs Up

What a Muppet, anyone in there right mind would have backed out when the water got too deep, I believe that 2 foot is about the limit and he's sat next to the dept marker showing nearly 4 foot Shocked I just love the way they tied the rope on, what's wrong with the towing eye? and from the way they were struggling to pull that out.... Whistle got a feeling that they left it in gear too Rolling with laughter Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Not sure who the bigger morons were, the owner of the sport for taking it in there or the Censored recovering it. Rolling Eyes

IMHO the recovery crew are clearly bigger morons

I can kind of see how someone got a bit carried away & stuck with it once committed - but the recovery guys had time to think & plan - then that's the best they could do Shocked [/quote]

Got a feeling that Captain Muppet was still in his ship in the rear, and was more than likely responsible for breaking the glass. If you look at the opening part it shows you the view through the drivers window and it don't half look like it's in drive. Plus why didn't Captain Muppet steer the bloody thing away from the wall, you could see it coming, was almost like a Top Gear job Wink Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

That's go to have written it off don't you think and no insurance payout either.
The water ingress would be an endless problem to solve with all of the electrical connections and ECU's not to mention the pillars bent out of shape and the window smashed.
Alistair, I agree with your comment about being committed and carrying on, hoping for the best but to see a marker post showing 4 foot of water and starting it in the first place is just mental.
Anyway, I bet the owner has forever to sit and think about the decision he made that day.
Twonk!!!!
