Ya, that's what I've been using. Not pretty, but it works

Stumbled across a cleaner solution for my SC 2010; the Jaguar/Land Rover iPod cable (as previously recommended) and the ViseeO Tune2Air 30 pin to Bluetooth receiver adapter. It's not the aftermarket head unit I originally was hoping for and it won't display track info on the screen (since I have an Android phone), but this new solution will at least add steering wheel control and be hidden from view (all in the center console).
