Got a feeling that Captain Muppet was still in his ship in the rear, and was more than likely responsible for breaking the glass. If you look at the opening part it shows you the view through the drivers window and it don't half look like it's in drive. Plus why didn't Captain Muppet steer the bloody thing away from the wall, you could see it coming, was almost like a Top Gear job Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
