Can anyone assist please?

When I plug the Tune2Air device into the centre console USB port, the blue light on the device flashes/ pulsates 9 times and then goes out. During that brief passage of time, when the iPhone 4S is on Bluetooth/ pairing search, the Tune2Air shows up on the phone as trying to pair but then it ends with a message on the phone saying the pairing has been unsuccessful. I don't even get as far as typing in 0000 to pair the devices.

The phone doesn't have a sim in it as it's only used for music now/ don't know if that matters?

Any advice welcome please?

had the very same issue, perseverance is the key, it will work, eventually.

Thanks Mr Tee. Deleted a couple of apps to free memory to download an IOS8 update this morning. Not a clue what all that means or whether it will help it work but time will tell

The instructions aren't that great, IIRC only switch on your phones Bluetooth after the unit flashes blue, think this worked for me.

What is your Tune2Air firmware?

In the past I´ve some issues with, after update the problems are fixed!

It's a WMA2000 Shinchan.

It has since paired to the iPhone 4S but after about 30 seconds says it's not connected and even when shown as briefly connected when sitting in the RR, nothing happens when I press the iPod or USB buttons other than saying device not connected and then the phone flashes up saying not connected.
