Don't know about the roof but with the Homelink you can't have the Traffic Sign Recognition etc. because they're both supposed to be accommodated inside the centre mirror, so you have to choose. |

Leather headlining is not available with fixed panoramic roof. Don't know why but I had the same battle! |

That part isn't true. I have a Santorini roof on my Corris and ivory leather headlining but should be available with all roof configurations.

Thanks for that but my problem is that it insists that I have a contrast paint roof, which I don't want, when I select a leather head lining! (as well as insisting I have an opening roof) |

I went to the dealers again on Monday and by a bit of gigery pokery on their configerator you can have leather head lining without a contrast roof but you do have to have an opening roof. |

What's not to like with the opening roof? I'd personally hate to have a glass roof that couldn't be opened. |

Not really a problem but I never open a sun roof and there is no chance of leakage or wind noise from a sealed one. With the L405 the opening roof has a big bar across the centre whereas the sealed one has no such obstruction and looks a lot better IMHO. |

Also, remember that Land Rovers don't have a good rep for sunroofs when the vehicles get old. Here, non-sunroof D1s are very rare and worth a premium over their very leaky higher doc models.

Yes I agree 100% but I really want a leather head lining and you cant have one unless you have an opening sunroof! |
