Just been out to the folks house and was on my way home about 8 miles.
Drove into my road and car went into limp mode.

Put the car on the drive did the usual off on locked opened and still in limp mode.
Very vague but any ideas.

Do to have a message on the dash, indicating the dpf is full?

If so then you have to get back on the motorway and drive at a constant high ish speed for about 20 mins afaik.

Though I'm thinking; bit of stick.... Bong.....

Something in the turbo/inter cooler pipwork has come off or split. Have a look under the bonnet. Lift the cover up and look at the smaller Pipework on the inlet manifold and the large pipe to the throttle body. You may find a split. Which will be fairly easy to patch up.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I have just got home after a worrying all afternoon and not drinking because my car made me a misery.
Jumped in and no faults.

Could you please advise if this would be the norm or do i need to start investigating in the pi55ing down rain tomorrow.
I will take the car for a run first thing to see if reappears. I'm sure it will

Is there anything i should be looking for apart from from split hoses.

Nothing you will be able to see,

If it's not hose related Get it plugged in to get the codes read then you will know what caused the limp mode to kick in. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I've just been out for a run. The car was fine all motorway miles at speed up and down the box with the paddles.
Bizarre to say the least, but then again its a Land rover and wouldn't expect anything less.
