2010 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

James you need to move the camera a little more to the right so we can see the Ave MPG too. I'm going on the RR 2011MY demo day tomorrow and get to drive one on a skid pan and offroad and seeing as the location is only a stone's throw from Ingleston I wonder if we get to drive it on a race track to see if it stops better on its Brembos that the 2010MY does on it's LR brand brakes! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Fantastic!

This is a positive sign maybe, mine might arrive at some point too! When did you get it in, is it good (silly question) but thoughts compared to 2010MY? I'm getting positively excited as I should get mine a month today, fingers crossed.

Do you know if LR are hitting delivery dates at the moment, are there delays or even (wishful thinking) getting early deliveries?

Sorry James but hadn't known of forum when I ordered mine so went to Chipperfield LR rather that Park Royal.

CHIPPERFIELD!!!!! Twisted Evil

Make sure Neil Adams knows to look after you!!

Yes, very impressed and 110 miles round trip saw 28.5mpg which is good for me and a 2hr commute this morning in London traffic.

They were delayed due to QC checks but now seem to be coming through.

Very nice indeed, and lots of gears!

They probably only offer test drives to existing Range Rover owners iT LAD. Whistle Laughing

I'd love to have a go. But it's probably not a good idea as I'll want one...

Yes you will, the classic car tax was scrapped(frozen) as soon as Labour came into power!

So the 2011 will be in band L I think at £425 per year.

For DVLA purposes 'Historic' vehicles have to be manufactured before 31st December 1972. If they are within this group they are exempt from paying road tax Very Happy Also if the said vehicle is a second vehicle in your fleet, you can have 'Classic' insurance which is very inexpensive Thumbs Up

If you are lucky enough to own a 'Historic' truck they are also exempt from MOTs Shocked
So go and buy yourself a 1940s Albion truck, load the FFRR on the back and you have the perfect combo. The plus side of this is you won't be clocking up silly miles on the RR (preserving the future resale value) and the Albion will be more reliable Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Yes it is the one that will be there on Thursday. It went on the road properly yesterday so needed a shakedown Embarassed , but I'd be suprised if it has more than 250 miles on it by Thursday. We are trying to get another for the day as everyone will want to drive this one!! Whistle
