For sale is my 2007 Range Rover with 2012 facelift. The car has served me very well, and were it not for a D4 to be on the way, I would keep it, but such is life. I'll offer it here for a week or so before I market it on Bay..


I have a Stornoway 2007 Range Rover Vogue with 2012 facelift, including a rear spoiler. The car has done 95k miles, although this will go up for now as the car is still in use. The car is cleaned when possible every week, definitely every two weeks, and has been pampered and wanted for nothing. FLRSH from elderly first owner up to 2011, when it was bought by the owner of a garage which specialises in Range Rovers. He serviced the car himself, and used it as his personal car. I am the third owner, and I have serviced the car myself with garage facilities available to me. Car was last MOT'd last April, with no advisories.

The engine sounds good and pulls well, no black smoke or funny noises, even under high throttle, and the gearbox performs faultlessly, especially since I had it serviced. I take the car up the motorway probably three times a month, so the DPF will not be blocked. The transfer box switches between high and low with no fuss, and I use it once every month to keep it working. The air suspension goes up and down as it should with no fuss. Full Brembo front brake setup. Pirelli Scorp Zero's all round with good tread.

The outside of the car is impeccably clean for an 8 year old car, there is only a slight mark above both rear wheel arches, and marks along the tailgate trim finisher and rear bumper. The car has had the full 2012 facelift fitted by the previous owner, and he also colour coded all the brunel grey bits (bonnet vent, door handles, rear tailgate strip). The alloys are in good nick, as are tyres, with a little bit of kerbing on the fronts.

The interior is in good order, everything is clean and works as it should. The driver seat lower leather is getting a little tired, but the rest looks good. Ivory headlining is unmarked, as are all carpets, and the car has rubber mats throughout. Harman Kardon Logic 7 is installed.

Almost everything electrical works as it should. Air con is cold. The heated steering wheel and seats front & rear, and the tilt & slide steering wheel all work as they should. The car has been fitted with digital TV and radio, 2012 Sat Nav disc, and upgraded bluetooth module (always pairs instantly). Also, the previous owner has retrofitted an aux cord so you can plug in anything with music from the front. The only things that don't work are the reversing camera and the front cigarette lighter (doesn't matter to me as I've never had anyone smoke in the car).

Couple of bad points:
The car is unfortunately Cat D, had nearside door damage in 2011, although the car was repaired to a high standard by previous owner (new door).
There is a chip in the middle of the windscreen which may bother some, but as it's not an MOT failure I have left it, don't want to be replacing my windscreen just to have it chipped again.

Since I bought it, I have:
Serviced it (maybe twice if the new owner requests)
Had a gearbox flush carried out at 86k miles
Changed the F&R diff oils, and also the transfer box oil
Fitted a new oil temperature sensor
Replaced two turbo hoses
Re-tinted the windows
Replaced three interior lights (broken clips)

I will market it here for a bit before I turn to Bay, as I'd prefer someone who appreciates the RR has it. The plates are not included (unless I receive a ridiculous offer for them), will revert to original "LA56 ZHB" when I receive the logbook back.
