They always have some good stuff on their adverts (web or magazines) especially for Defenders, but I dislike anywhere where the attitude seems to be "If you have to ask the price, then you can't afford it!".

I'm sure they'd do more business if they actually told you the prices (unless they are way over priced). I've never even been tempted to phone them about products as I can't gauge how good value they are against other suppliers (I have my suspicions though!)
