TD6 is a chain and it should last forever...well almost forever |

the TD6 was replaced in about 2007ish by the TDV8 (first 3.6 then 4.4) which are belt drive i believe. TDV6's (not used in the L322, but were in the Sport and later L405) are Belt driven. |

The 3.6 tdv8 in RRS & RRV has a timing chain.

NONE of the engines used in any L322 models use a timing belt sir. They are all chain driven... |
