How often to change fuel filter in TD6 2003?

As above, my TD6 only does maybe 3k per year (shes a 2nd car) and was wondering how often/many miles should change the fuel filter thats under the bonnet please?

If you're only doing 3k per annum and buying 'clean' fuel then probably every 4-5 years
