mine, 118k ...wear just above the metal bit as said...a good leather treatment would probably make it look better.. ... - .- -.

I've got it slightly on mine, and mine is sitting at 45k miles, and i don't slide off the seat when exiting either .... ====================================

yep they all do that in varying degrees, mine's got a wear line in the coloured leather finish running parallel with the seat edging. Some of us got ours replaced under warranty, same as the window switch pack - they went and did it again though... |

it depends on your weight and how nimble you are when getting in and out. my switch panels are due to be covered in leather with stitching as soon as he's back from his holidays...you got to have a bit os stitching on it as then you can see its leather..but as said they all wear and after a while you will start to see the silver come off, thats if you have not cracked it first..any one intrested there is a pair for sale on ebay now.. and to go with all that tan leather you also need a set of these impractical floor mats............... great if you live somehwre with no rain or snow.
