Who has ware on there drivers seat ? Aparently above the metal strip on the side of the seat above the buttons the leather rubs and causes it to ware ? Anyone ?

I didn't have any wear on my 66k miles one.
How many miles are we talking that the wear is noticable on?

mine, 118k ...wear just above the metal bit as said...a good leather treatment would probably make it look better.. ... - .- -.

Yep - I have got a small wear line in the same place on my seat David Rolling Eyes

As has already been suggested - a bit of leather treatment will cure it I s'pose - annoying though, isn't it?

yep they all do that in varying degrees, mine's got a wear line in the coloured leather finish running parallel with the seat edging. Some of us got ours replaced under warranty, same as the window switch pack - they went and did it again though...

it depends on your weight and how nimble you are when getting in and out. my switch panels are due to be covered in leather with stitching as soon as he's back from his holidays...you got to have a bit os stitching on it as then you can see its leather..but as said they all wear and after a while you will start to see the silver come off, thats if you have not cracked it first..any one intrested there is a pair for sale on ebay now.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
