I know this is a stupid question but!

My Coolant in the tank when cold is way below the cold fill level but I am getting no coolant warning bongs. I'm assuming I should top up right?

I'd definitely top it up to the correct level for now, then after a bit of use have another check to see if you're losing anything. Then you can sort out the sensor. At least you'll have the proper amount of coolant.

My radiator had a tiny pin prick in it that took me a year to notice, occasionally the bottle would be low but I'd soon know about it... Bong.. 2003 4.4 Adriatic Blue FF
