Yes you can
You need to source a BMW version of the BM54 tuner preferably from 2004 onwards (KW:**/04) which will have the aux input option (although this will not show up until the aux kit is connected) You then need to buy the BMW aux input kit with the black plug containing three wires which can then be removed and installed into the main wiring harness plug of your FFRR. (pins 3,4 & 10)
