Hi everybody!
Can someone explain how I get my fuel gauge and rev counter to work again after I had to re-charge my battery on my recently-purchased L322 please?

following the procedure...

I will have a go at the battery disconnection procedure later, but one thing that I do not know how to do is
''Ensure the alarm is disabled.''
How do I do this please?
Cheers. 'Knowledge Is Power'

Follow all the timings given and then ensure alarm is disarmed by confirming that the red LED in the rear view mirror is extinguished and not flashing:

"Alarm LED
The alarm LED is installed in the red knob on the underside of the interior rear view mirror to provide a visual indication
of the alarm system status. Operation of the LED is controlled by the BCU.

Just make sure your doors are unlocked using the remote, then you know the alarm is deactivated.

Doing the battery discon / recon is a bit like turning your PC off and back on again, as it tends to sort issues by rebooting the many ECUs in your FUllfat.

engine re-boot

Hi everybody!
I know that it has been absolutely ages since I asked for help but I have been busy.
Anyways.... the up-shot is that I followed the agenda with timings and battery disconnection routine and Voila! Perfick ! Speedo and fuel gauge work a treat and all went well.
Many Thanks to you all. Very Happy 'Knowledge Is Power'
