On the curry Chinese note, clip the passenger seat belt in then tie the handles loosely around the strap, stops it moving. Very Happy
the tip came off the indian restaurant.
we used to use, sadly closed Big Cry

I hate having takeaway food in any car. It stinks the interior out for hours.

I imagine it's better than inhaling one of Stan's farts, though. Twisted Evil

Home delivery is by far the better option, as it is with the weekly Sainsbugs shop, too. Si. <This is my name.

I eat rat poison.

A man ain't truly been insulted until he stands buck naked in front of a woman and she didn't even notice. Or care.

Never had one leak yet, but always carry a spare piece of plastic/polythene to put on seat.
as for home shopping delivery, tried that and they always put something in that we don't want, so prefer to do my own.
Plus I get another ride in the rr. Thumbs Up

Thanks for all the responses.

1. wife likes to do her own food shopping so that she gets what she wants and not what someone thinks that she wants.
2. Had a D2 and used the curry hook all the time and not just for currys
3. like the thing about seat belt and take aways, but I always take someone with me so that the bag/box doesn't sit on the seat Very Happy
4. will probably go for the folding crates as a solution. Regards
Mark

I do have a genuine floor luggage net but unable to use as I have a boot liner fitted, to stop the dog hairs from impregnating into the carpet, and therefore the cargo loops are inaccessible.

If the liner doesn't need to be sealed, then why not make a couple of cuts to expose the loops ?

That was my thought too. Dan
