The grey area is "reasonable" time taken to fix. Nobody has a definitive answer to this.

We are six weeks on and the car has been repaired and has not shown any issues for the last 7 days, fingers crossed. I am still waiting for LRCS to come back to me with a gesture of goodwill.

I have provided a suggestion of a few JLR accessories but was initially told this was "out of budget", however I challenged this as they were working on retail prices. Shocked So JLR wanted to make a profit from my compensation?? I don't understand what is taking so long Censored

Can I just add the dealer, Williams Manchester, have been very good throughout the process.

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

Fingers crossed here and I hope it is all over now (the problems I mean) for good.

Compensation and client satisfaction seem to be something from days gone by that only old farts like me seem to understand. I really don't get it that good service isn't considered vital to business anymore and then businesses are complaying there is no client loyalty anymore ?????? No sh*t Sherlock................

Glad to hear the dealer at least did a good job for you, good to hear that they do understand their responsibility. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

After a long and arduous struggle with my current L405 I have rejected it successfully. My head is telling me to buy a different marque but my heart is saying stay with Land Rover.

Land Rover finance were fantastic in handling all of my complaint. I have received a call from the executive department at Land Rover but nothing from the dealer sales, strange.

Thumbs Up
