After a lil help if anyone has ever had this issue. 2003 hse when i turn my lights on all the instrument panel lights up as should. After 15 seconds or so the instrument lights and console lights dim to hardly on. Makes night driving guess work. The dimmer on dash will dim lcd and nav screen up and down but makes no diff to others. Had a good look online but cannot seem to find solution to this. Thanks in advance.

If anyone else suffers this my issue was the drivers door card handle light. Was shorting. Easy repair and an accidental find.
