2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Stornoway Grey
2011 DVD Player

Just noticed that my new to me 2011 VSE doesn't have the DVD player-were they optional?

If I can find one will all the wiring be in place or would that have to be sorted as well?

So may widgets-so many questions

you would only get a dvd player if you had RSE... ... - .- -.

No Ian, dual view just allows the front seat passenger to watch TV whilst the driver watches nav...

If (as Stan stated above) you had RSE then the FSP can watch a DVD too Thumbs Up

I do not have the RSE but do have dual view.

Suspect that I can live without it-thx for the speedy responses

I'd imagine all the wiring is there so possibly worth looking at sourcing the dvd changer for the boot.
Possibly needs activating too.

Others will be able to give more info.

Got a similar question. Selling our 2011 Vogue and a buyer has questioned whether it has DVD?
It's go a 5 CD changer in glovebox and one of the control knobs on dash says DVD but I don't think it has it.

Not got RSE.
2 questions.

Would the DVD player be a unit that fits in left side of boot compartment?

If you did have a DVD player would it play on the TV screen in the front or just on rear screens? 2021 Defender 110 D300

Mine has RSE. The 6 disk DVD changer is in the left side of the boot, you can play the films on all 3 screens, or just the front, or just the back, or just one of the back ones.....

Plus you get the remote charging in the rear armrest to control it.....and of course the 2 pairs of wireless headphones.

I can think of no reason why it wouldn't be watchable on the front screen but the cost of a retro fit can be horrendous. Depends of theybjust wanted to watch the dvd on the front screen or they wanted to retro fit the whole rear screen system as well complete with remote and charging cubby in rear arm rest. If they were thinking about that I would seriously consider Ipads and ipad holders on the seat backs - a lot more flexible, futureproof to a certain degree and way cheaper. 2008 TDV8
