that's the most cameraphone snapped vehicle this year, it laps the m25 and nearby roads, and has a sort of slowing effect on the roads, as people peer round looking at it. theres a guy in the passenger seat with an upright screen probably photo-ing you back.

we saw it months back, it turns out to be the new jag '4x4' or 'interim' or 'gateway' whatever they call it to link jag to wider markets.
ie -the x6 type of useless car. it will look just as horrid when its pyjamas are peeled off.

google the numberplate etc.
