Our very nice, recently acquired L322 went to Lloyd LR where we bought it from for some snags to be addressed last week. 3 pieces of trim in need of remedy, brake noise, service interval reset and a minor paintwork defect that could not be properly smart repaired. The Assistant Sales Manager dealt with it all. He was outstanding. Understated, true to his word and a consummate professional (a nice man too).
Every snag dealt with properly. 3 pieces of exterior trim replaced with brand new trim, the brakes properly attended to, the service indicator reset and the bodywork was professionally made good to a high standard in their bodyshop. He promised to have it all done to my complete satisfaction within a week and they did exactly that. A new RR Evoque was supplied as a courtesy car and I was in and out within 15 minutes when dropping off and collecting.
When you buy a Range Rover, you should feel like it's a special purchase and you should receive customer service befitting of a special purchase. 10/10
