| Sureterm Direct - Beware of Charges | |
Recently changed my D2 to a Range Rover, contacted Sureterm a £50 increase in premium, no problem. Plus an £83 admin charge.  , and yes there it is in the small print. We will not charge more than £100 for policy amendments. I think someone has had an executive lunch at my expence. I ask them for a full breakdown of where the £83 actually went and the phone goes very quiet. And now my renewal comes through with a £53 admin charge added. Will i be renewing? I don't think so. I urge anyone with a Sureterm policy to think carefully before renewing theirs. In fact whoever you are insured with, have a careful read of the small print, you never know what they have sneaked in!
