When I sold my Disco 3 recently the guy who bought it went to his bank. I gave them my account details and he sent the money via a CHAPS transfer - I think it cost him £27 but the money was in my account instantly. 2017 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography

All worked out in the end, the chap who I felt uneasy with disappeared off the face of the earth.... no answering text messages, phone calls etc It just goes to show, always trust your instincts

Yes you were obviously right to be wary of the time waster! But great that you have sold it - it was a great looking car and hope the new owner will join up on here soon
