Check Coolant Level message all the time

I've been getting this message for a while now. I lose coolant over time so I checked the system with a Snap-On Pressure Tester which also tests for gas in the coolant in case the head gasket has leaked in. No pressure drop and no gases present.

However- I did notice a tiny drip on the undertray last week. I can't see where its coming from but its the right side as you look at the car. As a temp measure, I dropped some K Seal in.

Since then, I've lost no coolant but I still get "Check Coolant Level" on the display every time I start the car. The correct level of antifreeze is in there, so I guess the sensor is playing up? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

hi mate, theres a few posts on here about this.
1) the bottom corners of the rad are prone to rotting through and leaking
2) the gearbox oil cooler can sometimes start to leak due to incorrect coolant spec
3) the coolant sensor is also testing the specific gravity of the coolant so if its too weak or strong it'll report the fault as check coolant.

the sensors are cheap as chips and a doddle to replace. Thumbs Up
