RR specialist in Eymet, France,????help please

One of the French Brits on here mentioned a guy in the dordogne, I think in Eymet, but I can not find the post anymore. Could you please help me out here. Need a good service, brakes, all fluids etc.

Hello Robert. I live 45 minutes from you in Montignac. Happy to see somebody else from Dordogne on this forum! There's a very good guy at Miramont de Guyenne, specialised in Land Rover. I could find out his details if you want. By he way I have sold my Range Rover long time ago but looking at buying another one. Ludo

I know, once you've had a Full fat it's hard to get used to something else.

Thanks Nomad, yes I ruled them out, they are the most terrible bunch of Censored I have ever met at a dealer.
Unfriendly, lazy, are never able to help you out without days of delay, never have anything in stock, are unbelievably expensive, it takes always more time and more money as they tell you when you arrive, have a serious lack of LR knowledge, change marque every few years, opportunists, they see foreigners as a hassle....let me stop, they are not worth the energy. I just arrived in Souillac in Dordogne and on the way here yesterday the dash showed air suspension inactive.
Don't know if that will cause any problems on the way back (previously had a repair to the air compressor and had the front air bags replaced) but it won't hurt to have it checked out.

From the previous messages it seems there is no nearby independent BUT...

For future reference in case anyone else needs one:

What a pity! Would have been nice to meet a fellow owner and forum member!
Brive is only 30 minutes from Souillac but Montauban and Sterre (good suggestion since he's Dutch like me!) are a bit farther away.
However the Land Rover dealer in Brive was of no help. When I called they said they had no time to even look at it until the 20th. Not very nice if your Land Rover breaks down and you have to wait TWO weeks before they can even start looking at it.

For now it's just a warning with no discernible change in behaviour. It does worry me a bit that it may get worse and cause problems on our holiday.
Thank you for your offer to check it out! Not yet sure about whether to do anything or to just hope for the best.

Isn't the IID tool VIN locked or can you read fault codes on any L322?
