The same, but not the same

Was in Windsor on Friday (visiting the queen) and what are the odds that another RR parks next to me.

But what surprised me more is how different they looked from behind, the one on the right looks so much wider, and the one on the left so much higher

The one on the left has the same daft tail-pipes as mine (Kahn Shocked ).
They much better on the darker car than mine as you can hardly see them - just can't bring myself to change the silencer as it's all stainless Big Cry

It's only my opinion of course but to me the whole FFRR thing is about quiet, understated style. These tail-pipes are a tad "in your face" and really stand out on my grey car plus if there's no towbar fitted they're the first thing to ground out on departure.

Having said that, thankfully everyone has different tastes - perhaps I shouldn't be so rude about them Very Happy

I think that the original two black FF's next to each other is just a case of perspective, and the lens size, from further back, and nearer to centre of both cars, you would not see anything different.

I agree, if you draw a line along the roofs they are the same height. The camera is slightly tilted me thinks. Ed
