Had my car at the stealers yesterday! Wanted my tow electrics configured, only to find that I have non genuine kit fitted! It all works but doesn't lock the suspension, pdc, etc! So new kit required! £350 to change it and configure!
Also asked to have auto lock enabled and window closure on the key enabled, they couldn't activate either! Computer said that it was locked!!
Any idea what this could be??

Buy a Westfalia one from PF Jones, the Land-Rover ones are just Westfalia in a different box and 3 times the price.

If its "locked" one would assume it cannot be configured after fitting the genuine tow kit either?

Some of the CCF options are locked out on LR's SDD system, as they don't want their dealers to be able to activate certain things. Alternative diagnostic tools, however, can change these.  Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
