Boot not opening properly

Sometimes when trying to open the boot, it unlatches and I get 3 beeps inside the car and the boot doesn't open electrically. After a few times it opens but I get this a few times in a row and sometimes I end up opening it manually. Very rarely I get the same when trying to close, also 3 beeps and it doesn't close.
Strange. Dealer says the boot is latched shut too tight and this is probably my the reason it doesn't open from time to time. But if this is the case, why did it happen when closing? It doesn't make any sense.
Anyone else got the same problem and what did the dealer do to sort this out?

I've noticed that mine opens no problem with the button on the key fob, but there've been a few times that it hasn't responded when I go to close it using the key fob. It's fine if I press the button on the boot though.

I've heard various beeps but still struggling to work out what means what as I've only had the car a week. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB
