Charging points in the cubby box

Hi,

Inside my cubby box there is a USB and an "ipad" point.
What type of plug goes on the ipad one

iPad or iPod ?

On mine its an 'old' 30 pin Apple connector to USB - USB in the car & I've got an old 160Gb iPod.

It's a 2010 and the socket has ipad written next to it

Or is it a regular USB ?
