High altitude Rangie

The Rangie at rest, having climbed the 8,200' Col Du Galibier in southern France. Splendid views with a wonderful machine 😄

Fabulous shot and a beautiful area Thumbs Up

My favourite way up the mountains in that amazing part of France is on my bike - done a few of the climbs round there including the famous Alp D'Huez, with its 21 switch-backs Thumbs Up

I'll be down there next month to compete in the Etape de Tour where myself and 10,000 other riders will be tackling stage 19 of the Tour de France which includes the Croix de Fer, another very long, tough and iconic climb Thumbs Up

Fanders,

Makes me so proud to see my old car still getting to explore the world, I absolutely loved driving through the continent with it.

More pics please!

It's going great Adam Very Happy 126,000 miles now, regular servicing at my local Indy (well regarded, and in the parish which is jolly convenient). I'm gliding at Sisteron in the southern French Alps, and will post some pictures of the Rangie doing some glider towing which is one of the jobs I bought it for. It is *so* much nicer coming down here in such comfort, with so much torque on tap for getting past all the elderly Germans in their motorhomes!

Cheers, fanders Thumbs Up

Here's the Rangie doing a bit of glider towing, just before de-rigging before a thunderstorm hit:

Great photos and views!
These two RR's are currently making daily trips from 6000 to 14,000 ft towing 3+ tonne box trailers.
They are getting quite a workout....and loving every minute Very Happy
