Cooled seats - effective?

I have the cooled seats in my FF and am wondering how effective are they supposed to be?

Had them on full today and couldn't really feel any effect from them - should I be able to feel a decearnable airflow through the perforations ? CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

Should there be a feelable jet of cold air if you put your hand over the perforations?

I can feel a bit of chill and no Betty Swallocks so I'm guessing it's working but thought it would be a bit more powerful CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

No jet of air, just a pleasant cooling.

Mine work great. When it's on max, you can hear the air flow coming through the perforations.

Wouldn't be without them now. Thumbs Up Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I've just tried them again on full blast and laid a tissue on the seat - I expected some kind of movement but nothing?

They certainly were cooling my rear a few days ago - are there any other settings that effect the cooled seats? CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

Just after I picked my 5.0 S/C about 14 months ago I checked out the cooling and it wasn't working. I reset the ECU using the IID tool and hey presto it started working. Yours may need the same Thumbs Up SDV8 AB MY 2019

Do they have dust filters in them? I think the Jaguars do.
