Nice car NMJ, Looks fab in that colour, not seen many in that red. Interior looks almost unmarked. Wheels look great. Very nice indeed, i like it. 2011 TDV8 Autobiography |

Been in for a tittle and to have the brake hoses done, they had it for a couple of days, and checked it over, I had spotted that the idler pulley was worn and the bearing seemed to have a little play, it was swapped and a new belt fitted. They also looked at the small oil leak and checked to see if it was on the latest update for the battery management (which it was).

Sounds good nmj.. are you convinced by the oil symptom hypothesis offered by the garage?

It's possible, but I cleaned it already and the drip reappeared but I had just drained some oil out, so I'm sceptical. It's a cheap easy to replace part so it's not a big deal, could do it my self if it wasn't warrantied and it's losing hardly any oil.

:thumbsup:just noticed your ffrr sticker... I'm sure they must have an effect sometimes on raising levels of service when main dealers see them. |
