All Noise & No Puff

I have a small problem with my 4.4 2003 Petrol FF. When I turn on the blower in the front of the cabin, it makes all the noise doesn't actually blow! I can switch it between screen, face and feet. I can feel a small amount of airflow on my feet but nothing out of the face or windscreen vents. I replaced the hedgehog about 8 months ago.

Any ideas would be gratefully received. Thankyou My Motto: If you are going to have one, have a BIG one!

Sounds like a problem with the flaps that direct the airflow the the required vent or the motors that control them.

+ 1 above.

The flaps can become stuck with fluff/dirt and the little motors can't complete the cycle.

Thanks for this. Is it a relatively easy fix, are the flaps easy to get to?
