I have recently taken delivery of MY15.5 3.0 VSE RR from Williams Manchester. They initially had some hiccups with the PDI that I was kept informed of at all times. When they realised the car wouldn't be ready for me Sarah Yarnall drove to my home with a brand new AB RRS for me to use temporarily. The PDI issues were rectified on my return from holiday and I had a direct apology from both the Sales Director and the Dealer Principal. I would have no hesitation recommending Williams Manchester to all forum members.

I think people are all too quick to criticise just because there is a problem.

How many of us have never made a mistake? I agree with Alister its how matters are resolved not the fact there are matters that counts.
