2005 Range Rover Autobiography Td6 Zambezi Silver
Top tint windscreen yes or no..

is a top tint screen on a Range Rover a standard item? If not what are your thoughts on them? Do you like them or prefer a plain screen? Thanks

I'd had mine a week before i noticed the top tint.

I mean i wouldn't have an extreme one with "Dave & Sharon" or something on it, but they do make a subtle difference in the sun.

I thought all cars had the top tint as standard? I can't remember having a car in the last twenty years that didn't have it

My (2007) Jaguar didn't have one. My mums old (2004) Citroen didn't have one, although that had one of those Athermic [SP] windscreens so effectively the whole thing reflected the sun's rays.

All 3 of my old Volvo 740's had them as standard. B, F and a G reg.

I don't recall either of my previous RRSs having a top tint, nor my Freelanders. The FF has one, but my Cooper S doesn't, nor did the previous Mini. I remember my old Nova SR having one though and that was a 1990 car.
