High Corner voltage / Articulation Error

Thank You for a fabulous forum, if it wasn't for your site I wouldn't be driving my dream L322.

Hi, I'm sorry to hassle you all, but I'm struggling with my l322, I had a suspension failure (LHS F) bag had perished, decided to change both front ones (dunlop complete strut), also changed both height sensors as somebody had attached the drivers side using 2 cable ties!.
I've since calibrated it 10 times but every time I go over thirty, I get a articulation fault. I used my IID tool (Thank you for the recommendation) to calibrate, but I used my Carsoft to get live data, I'm slightly worried I have a corner voltage of 45v, please see attached pictures, I've also included pictures of the struts just in case I've fitted the sensors the wrong way up.

Any inclination, idea or broad inclination would be gratefully received, Thank you.

Dave

Just to conclude I found the fault, (see pics) the cable going to the sensor was broken and corroded, it's very close to the sensor and easily missed, the ironic thing is that it still gave a accurate reading but must of been generating noise when the vehicle was moving causing the articulation fault. Hope this helps some of you.
