You need to register first. I was sent a change of ownership form to complete. It takes a few days to get set up.

I've just bout a 2013 SDV8 Vogue SE and want to register, who sent you the change of ownership form please?

Set mine up a couple of weeks ago. They replied within 2 days to my email address with an online PDF type form to fill in and then my online account was available 4 days later when they sent me the OSH key which is needed to activate the account. They also meanwhile sent me my service history in pdf form whilst I was waiting for my user account to be setup which was handy. The only thing I did notice was that the car reg was not populated online even though I had already specified in the form I filled in, so emailed it to them again and they added it to the online info. Steve
