Anyone know what this is?

While I was messing about in the FFRR yesterday, I found this switch. It is located on the trim directly above the brake pedal. The fitting looks professional at the very least and possibly even original fit but I can't find any mention of it in the handbook. It doesn't seem to do anything either, or not that I've noticed yet.

I think that it is some form of bypass to enable the factory to move the vehicle without the key, i.e. when shipping out / loading for transportation
I think it is disabled on delivery to the dealer
Maybe wrong though

Thanks for the replys. Widget is a definite possibility, as is the factory start over ride. Have they all got them then? If it is factory then I presume so.
