Although the car came with Privacy glass , at the time i got extra aftermarket tints added to the front and rear windows.

i'm in the process of having mine done mick ..i mentioned that i might like to have my front sides done and he said this would be illegal and i might have to take them off [if caught by the police], when i asked how ,he said with a hairdryer which will soften the glue and allow me to peel the film off, then you clean the window with an ammonia solution. ... - .- -.

Cheers scarey, Toying with idea of removing them as i got Limo on the back and smoke on the front , Had them now for over 5 years and they look as if they are starting to fade with the sunlight ......... |

you done well if its been 5 years, my tinter says that most films start fading after about 3 years ... - .- -.

The rear sides are still as dark but it's mostly the actual tailgate window that looks as if it's fading ( not much mind you still cannot see in the boot from outside ) |

as you might be upgrading and obviously selling yours a kinda think that limo tints might not be to everyone's taste so i can see your logic in removing them. ... - .- -.

thats the kind off info i've been getting about the fronts so i probably wont get them done...but i agree with you mate the police can spot fronts tints a mile off..
