Steve, As vaz says, don't use anything but Texaco 7045E. The gold coloured oil is for the petrol 4.4. The TD6's is red. I did a double flush but also changed the filter. Again use the genuine Filtran filter.

Yes the gear box was re built buy monkeys so am going to try and have a look in to it my self quick oil change ect |

It was j b Transmisions in Leytonstone I would avoid them at all cost mate can some body tell me how to do the double oil change do I just drop the oil from sump then refill and drive for a day or so then drop oil again and do filter this time or do I just drop oil re fill go fair quick drive then drop and re fill again thanks |
