Hi guys, maybe i am concerned about nothing, but where is the compliance plate on my 2003 L322? The owners manual says there is the vin nomber visible through the windscreen, that i can see, then it says there should be a stamped compliance plate riveted to the body above the left hand suspension , nope can,t find it, there is a sticker saying built by Land Rover in 2003, nothing else , am i missing something?

Can i also get all the information i may need such as paint code etc. from the vin no.?

my 2007 has the windscreen chassis number and then a sticker on both front sus struts under bonnet , with chassis numbers and some other info like paint codes or names.
a rivitted chassis plate may be for other vehicles but most modern cars is through the windscreen

Yes, thats what i thought, but as i say, the sticker only says made by Land Rover and date, no other information. Engine no i have to get from owners hand book or rego. papersl l have only had the car a couple of months and am still feeling my way around so i thought there would be something abit more permanant than a plastic sticker. So is there anywhere else i can find this information?

Sorry, i just had another look and i found the vin. No.behind the engine managment box, but again that is all unless it is the other sticker with a bunch of numbers but no indication to what they represent
