Texaco 33270 PAS Fluid

Any ideas where to buy, struggling to find it online. Is it dealer only or is there an alternative? Can I put in bog standard stuff?

Needs topped up urgently as I've noticed it's way below the minimum!

And the steering rack is leaking , needs replaced , couldn't make this shyte up, wating on the supplying dealer getting back for next steps as their warranty only covers up to £1k.
