My daughter has just got a dog and guess who's going to be looking after it?

an alternative could be a dog harness which can be attatched to the seat belt to stop the little thing from 'rattling' about if you have to brake sharply for instance....this setup works on ours and we feal its the best safety option.. ... - .- -.

I have two sitting in the garage, the full one with cage from floor to roof and the half one from top of seats to roof.

Just to stop the dog type speculation it's a little Jack Russell that gets everywhere so that's why my idea with the parcel shelf would work |

Hi - I use a standard dog cage - from pets at home, that just folds flat when not in use and sits on the rubber mat in the boot (stops it sliding) think they are about £40. This keeps the dog safe and my interior clean! also stops him nibbling any interior trim. Once I work out how to get a picture on I will show you mine |

Thanks all, particularly those who have taken my dilemma seriously - I suspect some of you haven't |

I bought a dog guard before I even got the car off you Geoff. I wanted a full one but could only find the top half one. I haven't used it yet though. |
