I am being told by Land Rover that the photo above is normal wear for a 55k mile 6 year old car and they would expect to retail it on a Dealer Forecourt like that Cannot upload at the moment the wear to the back but given a friend has an 05 Sport with 99k miles and very little wear I would be interested to see (a few) other similar and older cars front seats for some of you. In fact when I get time I will upload my 03 that I sold with 98k with little wear.
I have request they evidence they claim and to confirm in writing exactly the above. No support from the Land rover Forum Rep, no support from the Dealer so a letter has been copied into the Stratstone Regional Managing Director in Mayfair. I think the car car from them.
In addition I had asked that any work be discussed with me before before being carried out, the LR Forum Rep tells me they have started to carry out a repair 'comensurate with the age and mileage of the car'.
