InControl WIFI - anybody got it?

Got this on my new car and I wondered if anybody has it already? I've got a SIM card ready but I'm not sure whether or not 4G will work?

What is it pray tell? I usually create a personal hotspot with my 6+ for the kids, is this the same?

Yes, sim goes into the glove box. Up to 8 devices can connect. Supposedly better signal than a mobile device as it uses the metal structure of the vehicle as antennae.
