Left side outer edge tyres worn lower than right side

I noticed today that the outer edge on my front and rear left tyres are worn slightly lower than the front and rear outer edge of the right tyres. The tyres were new in October last year (fitted by previous owner), I purchased in November but in January I had the wheels re-done (powder coated, new valves and balancing).

I am just wondering what would cause both left wheels to show more wear on the outside edge of the tyres? Any ideas?

Most of us have this problem, it come from turning in roundabout it seems (where the outer tyres hold more weight than the inners)

Interesting - thanks for the reply. Outer tyres being the left set holding more weight than the right when on a roundabout? I would have thought the same wear would be on the outer edge of the right tyres also but I don't know. It's only something I noticed recently but what you have said makes sense. I'm not losing any sleep over it Smile

Tracking seems fine, goes in a straight line, no drifting off etc.
