just wondered if any one had a view on a 4.2 superchared as to the 5ltr supercharged

im thinking of up grading shortly but i do love the car i have now 2011 5ltr V8 SC stornoway grey, ebony & ivory seats

good reading, my niggles with the 4.2 is silly really its the ipod and phone conection
i paid £600 for an after market and it works but not perfect
also a 5ltr is newer
thats my only real points i just need to find the right one
if i could mirror what i have, colour seats etc but it was on a 10, 11 or 12 plate i would do it

The 5.0 is much better, unless you have the 4.2, in which case there's not much difference.

Hi John,

Agree that the phone/I-pod integration is better on later models. If you want to test drive mine or fiddle with the toys just PM me. I am just down the hill in Offham (I'm in the process of selling up and moving to Kings Hill in the next few months).

i have my eye on a couple but i need to sell my defender first then do a deal with trading mine in
i work in kings hill some times and drive through offham to get there, i may have seen your car on the road and not realised it

Just couldn't justify the significant price difference
