there's cars and cars some prices have 5 to 10k diff depending colour, spec etc |

you want to keep the deprecation up high.....buy a Land Cruiser Amazon, why? I have know idea

Depreciation in the first year is massive - even for a 2 to 3 yr old vehicle due to dealer mark up and warranty - so yes £10k in the first year won't be far off to cover depreciation and the warranty if you chopped it in - a lot depends on where you sell and time of year.

Pick an older one. The older a car is, the less it depreciates. |
